Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. p67 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee or close inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will be notified before any maintenance fee is applied.

Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the ICC or the PSL management authority as applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, the decision of p67 — based on available official data — is final.
In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or balance calculations being displayed, p67 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore balances to their pre-error state. p67 is not liable to pay out winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error.
